Get ready for a spooktacular day by the water! The 5th Annual Parade of Frights returns to Channel Islands Harbor in Oxnard on Saturday, October 24, 2026, with family-friendly Halloween activities, trick-or-treating and a festive boat parade after dark. Halloween fun begins at 3 PM with landside activities for the whole family. Dress up the kids, enjoy the festivities and collect plenty of free candy while celebrating spooky season along the waterfront.

As the sun goes down, find a spot along the harbor and get ready for the main event. At 7 PM, decorated boats will cruise through Channel Islands Harbor during the Parade of Frights Boat Parade, lighting up the water with creative costumes, Halloween decorations and plenty of spooky spirit.
